Broad experience leading and managing large-scale complex operations, offering vast breadth of services to meet requirements; cast unifying vision; and motivate, mentor, and direct multifunctional staff. Proven success in driving measurable improvement with major capital infrastructures, and significant government regulation and oversight, coupled with financial acumen and proven ability to prepare and manage large budgets. Outstanding leadership, and presentation and communication skills, adept at developing and nurturing high-level relationships across multiple organizations while responding to evolving program scope and dynamic stakeholder expectations.
