We assist our clients with planning both small and large-scale projects by conducting visioning sessions to clearly understand our client’s mission and challenges, and then work closely with them to craft sustainable solutions that support their mission and overcome the challenges. All successful solutions encompass the three major factors of any project:

ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING
Once a client’s needs and design program are clearly established, our team begins the process of turning the written program into a 3-dimensional solution through the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Weekly design team meetings are held to ensure that as the design solution evolves all team members are up-to-date on the design, and that all disciplines are fully coordinated. Frequent communication between the client and design team is essential to arriving at a successful design solution, and ensuring the design remains within the prescribed scope, schedule, and budget.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Intergal to the design of any building is its interiors. Warren Platner (1919-2006) an American Architect who was famous for his modern interiors and furniture designs was quoted as saying; “…the interior of the building is what the building is for..”. I am sure I have paraphrased his quote, but his point is well taken, and we take great care to work with our clients to make sure that the materials, finishes, and furnishings of the buildings we design are in harmony with the buildings function and purpose, but that they also reflect the personality, character, and mission of the client.
